this looks like a scene from the transformers.
the Royal Ontario Museum rom has just added a new section to their fabulous museum. it's called the Lee-Chin Crystal.
the concept for this addition was apparently scetched out on a napkin at a wedding, by famed architect Daniel Libeskind, and has no 90 degree angles
it will open this month for viewing as an empty shell, then later this year fully loaded. Mr Lee-Chin, a self made billionaire from Jamaica, with Canadian citizenship, generously donated 30 million to make this happen... I wonder if he'd be interested in helping me reno my bathroom
moot or hooey?

there are two kinds of metamorphosis:
"complete" (little worms don't look like their parents when born, hide under a blanket throughout their teen crisis, then tah-dah, emerge one day dressed just like mom) and "incomplete" (little nymphs are spitting image of mom when born and are bred with an annoying instinctual habit of dropping their clothes on the floor)
